Community Partners

StepUp Wilmington empowers individuals to reach their potential and lead stable lives through satisfying work.

  • Peer Recovery Resources teaches and advises Phoenix job counselors on how to communicate and assist people with mental health and/or substance use challenges. 

Wilmington Affiliate, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is dedicated to building better lives for people living with mental illness. 

  • Peer Recovery Resources participates and teaches in various NAMI individual and family support group programs.

James Walker Apartments is a senior community and a part of our outreach program.

Help Hub is a collaborative outreach program providing short-term or emergency assistance to individuals and families in need of financial help and/or guidance to connect them with additional resources. 

  • Peer Recovery Resources takes referrals from Help Hub and refers individuals to Help Hub for other community-based services.


LINC (Leading Into New Communities) sends residents to Peer Recovery Resources for peer support training and WRAP training.

Opperation Pretty Things  is designed to be an on-call resource to shelters and victims of abuse by meeting their immediate needs, as well as offering life-impacting gifts, services and support.
